Our Recreation Facility Board meeting will be on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 7pm. The Crystal Lake Recreation Corp., Inc. Board of Directors meets on the 1st Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM at:

These meetings give Crystal Lake Golf Villas members a firsthand look at how The Clubhouse is operated, including maintenance decisions, budget planning, facility improvements, and the policies that keep our shared spaces running smoothly. This is the place where your questions can be answered directly and your input can help guide future decisions.
Your participation strengthens our community. By attending, you stay informed, contribute to discussions, and help ensure The Clubhouse continues to serve the needs of all residents.
We encourage every homeowner to join us, stay engaged, and take an active role in the stewardship of our community.
Our City Commissioner, Daniel Shanetzky, will join our next meeting to share City News in person.

Being on a Voluntary Board of Directors comes with lots of responsibility. You really must consider all that is involved with being on a Board of Director, without compensation, before you commit.
Events Committee is looking for volunteers and new ideas!
This is your Community Recreation Facility and we, The Recreation Board of Directors, have been entrusted to provide events that will give our residents fun times in the community. Anyone in the community with a desire to help the Events Committee plan events, for your Rec Center, are always welcomed. Please, email us at presidentclrec@gmail.com, or Text/Phone (954) 588-1938. All messages will get a reply in a timely fashion.
Access Key Fob
For key fob initial setup or replacements, please submit the key fob request by filling out a request form. Click here for form. The initial first key fob is provided at no cost (for members with arranged access). Replacement key fobs requested, due to loss or stolen, cost $50.00 each time of replacement. Once the form has been completed and submitted, you will be contacted to set up an appointment for a meeting at our Recreation Facility to get your Access Key Fob.

Clubhouse Parking – Quick Rules
Members of Crystal Lake Golf Villas Phase 1 & Phase 2 may park at The Clubhouse free of charge until 11 PM.
After 11 PM, all vehicles must be registered using the Extra Parking link on the Clubhouse website.
Unregistered vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense by our contracted provider.
Important: Clubhouse parking is not connected to Phase 2’s My.ParkingPass.com system.
To park at The Clubhouse between 11 PM and 6 AM, you must register through the Clubhouse website only, with this link.
After you fill out the form with the link, you are covered. No need for anything else.
